Terms of service
Last updated 27 October 2026 · version 2026-10-27
These terms are an agreement between you and Wirasesa Digital (“we”, “us”), which runs WRSS at wrss.app. By creating an account or using WRSS, you agree to them. WRSS is a service for businesses: if you use it for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for that business.
1. What WRSS is
WRSS gives businesses a website and business tools under one login. Each business gets a free address at name.wrss.app, and paid plans can connect their own domain. What each plan includes is shown when you choose or change your plan.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use WRSS.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what team members you invite do. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Plans, automatic renewal and cancelling
- The Entry plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price and interval you agreed to at checkout, until you cancel. We ask you to agree to this separately before you pay, and email you a confirmation.
- For yearly plans, we email you a reminder 15–45 days before each renewal with the price and how to cancel.
- You can cancel any time online in Billing, in a couple of clicks, without contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then doesn’t renew. We confirm the cancellation by email.
- We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we let you know. If it isn’t sorted out, we may move your account to the free plan, which can switch off features such as custom domains.
- If we change a plan’s price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. The new price starts from your next billing period after that, and you can cancel before then.
- Prices don’t include taxes unless we say so. You pay any taxes that apply.
4. Your content and your visitors’ data
You own what you put on WRSS: your text, images, files, pages and the data your forms collect. You give us permission to store, copy, display and process it only as needed to run WRSS for you, for example to host your website and make backups. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups that are removed within 30 days.
You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. If your website collects personal data from visitors (for example through forms), you decide how it’s used and must tell visitors about it; we process it for you under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your own personal data.
5. Content rules
Don’t use WRSS to:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so;
- publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploits anyone, or infringes someone else’s rights, such as their copyright, trademarks or privacy;
- send spam, run phishing pages, or spread malware;
- impersonate another person or business, or mislead people about who you are;
- attack, overload or try to break into WRSS or other people’s accounts;
- resell or copy WRSS itself without our written permission.
6. Reports, removals and appeals
Anyone can report content on a WRSS website at wrss.app/report. We review reports promptly and carefully. If content breaks the law or these rules, we may remove it, restrict the website, or suspend the account. We tell you what we did and why (which content, the reason and the rule or law involved), unless the law or an urgent safety risk prevents it, and you can reply to that email to appeal. A different person reviews appeals. We may also suspend accounts that repeatedly publish clearly illegal content or send clearly unfounded reports.
Copyright (DMCA). We respond to notices that meet the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and accept counter-notices. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate cases. Details and our designated agent are on the report page.
7. Our service
We work to keep WRSS available, secure and backed up, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to take it offline for maintenance, and we improve and change features over time. If we remove a significant feature you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance. Some features depend on other providers, such as domain registrars and email services, and we aren’t responsible for their outages. Keeping your own copies of important content is a good idea.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Privacy & data. Deletion happens 14 days later, so you can change your mind; your subscription stops renewing straight away. You can download a copy of your data first. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires us to. Unless the situation is urgent or illegal, we’ll warn you first. When an account closes, its websites go offline and its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, WRSS is provided “as is”. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of your content or because you broke these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as WRSS grows. We update the date and version at the top, and for significant changes we tell you by email at least 14 days before they apply and ask you to agree when you next log in. If you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there’s a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. If we can’t, disputes will be handled by the courts of Indonesia. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
